You will lead a group of 8 writers and 3
specialists to produce customer documentation
for several Network Management System (NMS)
products. You and your team will be responsible
for platform documentation, meaning that other
product lines as well as end users will depend
on your work.
You will be responsible for hiring new writers,
overseeing their training, supervising and coaching
technical writers, and supervising their professional
development. You will be involved in planning future
methods and technologies along with other leaders
from around the business unit. You will work in
close cooperation with software personnel as well.
You should have a university degree and have an
excellent command of English. You possess outstanding
communication skills and enjoy working with people.
You are very organized and able to keep the details
of the work of several people straight and are
good at giving feedback.
Preferably you have previous experience in customer
documentation in a leadership role. You are familiar
with current tools and techniques and have an
adventurous spirit in trying out new things. You are
used to working in a corporate atmosphere and applying
the defined processes to yours and others' work.
