Modifying and/or adding headers in Adobe Framaker

Subject: Modifying and/or adding headers in Adobe Framaker

Dear kind sirs/ms:

Does anyone know how to insert a header once a table is created in Framaker?
I created several tables and the headers are not headers, but rows-they should
be headers. I just learned yesterday on how to create a header. I would like
to change my tables to have page headers the way they should have them without
making new tables and cutting and pasting the text from the cells.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, and for the gentleman out there who asked me to share my results from my
last inquiry, I had already deleted the responses from my inbox by the time I
had received your message. But next time for sure.
