We have three (count them: 1, 2, 3) open Technical
Writer positions to fill!!!

Who are we?
We're Aptis, a subsidiary of Billing Concepts.

What do we do?
We develop billing and customer care software.

Why should you care?

As a Technical Writer with Aptis, you'll be
documenting our industry-leading business
solutions with the help of FrameMaker, WebWorks
Publisher and a standard-issue Nerf gun.

What we are looking for in you:
* College Degree: BA/BS or MA/MS in the
communications field with 3 or more years
of technical writing experience.
* Strong analytical and interviewing skills.
* A general inquisitiveness about technology.
* A freakish desire to work and live in the
Albany, New York area.

Special skills that may come in handy:
* Knowledge of print and online documentation
production.
* Knowledge of HTML-based Help or other online
technologies.
* Specific knowledge of FrameMaker and WebWorks
Publisher.
