Jst by the way, you can create an index from the same file list. And in
truth, it doesn't have to be in a separate document. I keep my TOC codes at
the end of the "front matter" doc so I don't forget to send it to the
printer. The Indexing is in a new Section at the back of the last chapter,
which means I don't put that doc name in the RD list. Works like a dream.

Oh, when you're entering the codes, you want to make sure you've got Hidden
Text showing. Then turn it off before you run the ToC so the pages won't be
bumped by all those now-visible index codes. :)
