Title: Telecommuting in Boulder, CO

Dear Anon,

Telecommuting is a small perk for the employee (he gets to stay alive) and a huge financial opportunity for the average employer who is continually looking for enough cash to keep production and R&D going at the same time.  It gives the employee more time to produce, frequently on better equipment than the employer can afford to provide.  The employee works in a quieter, cleaner, saner place.  Absenteeism and illness plummet.  Production improves.  Life gets better for everybody.

Dress code is not an issue when employees telecommute.  Neither is office space, office equipment, building maintenance, the cafeteria menu, the coffee fund, car pooling, etc.

Juggling multiple documents and having daily contacts with multiple people is EASIER for the telecommuter, thanks to the miracle of email.  Face-to-face meetings, document review and revision, are also easier, safer, and less expensive when folks use Net Meeting instead of Delta.

Think about it.  Resistance is not only futile; it's $$$EXPENSIVE$$$.
