If you are looking to outsource to an individual translator, take a look at
http://aquarius.net/. You can search by language combination and will get
contact information and subject matter experience for individuals in each
language combo.

Keep in mind, though, that you should probably look for a translator and a
separate editor (for quality control) and a proofreader after layout in
PageMaker. It's easy for non-Spanish speakers to introduce errors during
layout: double-pasting, cut-off text, wrong hyphenation, etc.

If you want to go the full-service route, http://www.june29/HLP maintains a
pretty extensive list of translation companies, large and small.

And, lastly, there is always ForeignExchange Translations :-) You can find
out about our quality control procedures and testing of linguists at
http://www.fxtrans.com.
