Hello again!

Well my French ordeal is over, and thanks again to everyone who jumped in to
save me on tha one. Now I'm trying to review the Spanish version on my
company's on-line help system. Spanish is in many ways simpler, but I read
it a lot less well than French.

The whole thing is complicated by the fact that for some reason, the
translators chose to "update" the old files, instead of translating the new
ones--which I had completely re-written (and I hope improved considerably
for usability, clarity, etc) in English. So I can't just compare Spanish
text to English to see what's going on. (No I don't mean literal
translation; it's hard to explain.)

This version was done in/for Mexico. Would any Mexican-Spanish technical
translators/editors care to volunteer to give me a clue from time to time
this week? The translation group that worked on this is VERY slow in
returning any answers. I promise not to bother you very much, but if you
happened to have some idle time ...? I can't promise it will lead to a
future contract, but the karma points should be substantial.

If not, I'll muddle through, but it would be nice to have a Techwhirler on
call! :)

TIA

Cheers!
