1. Tell them that food will be served at the meeting. (Everyone comes
to food meetings).

2. Have a table up front with all the fixin's for Peanut Butter and
Jelly sandwiches.

3. Make them document the process for making the sandwiches.
Important: Give them a fixed deadline--say, 10 minutes.

4. 2 minutes before time is up, take away the peanut butter and jelly
and replace it with cold cuts, cheese, and mayo.

5. Tell them that the scope has changed but the deadline remains the
same.

5. Tell them that they can only eat what they can successfully produce
from the instructions.
