Actually, I wasn't the one who said that Tony, I was quoting. My point was I
felt that was too much information for a resume.
But I have had issues (with contractors in particular) who said they knew
certain tools, which usually meant they had the software loaded on their
home computer but never used it. They proceeded to learn it on our dime.
