As a master, superior writer with a very large plumage I know what all tech
writers must have...

1. Ability to see fonts in the dark.

2. Keen kerning capabilities.

3. Understanding the difference between a gerund and renal failure.

4. Ability to accomplish goals that are not applicable to your job.

5. Attention to insignificant details.

6. Attention to significant details that make you look good.

7. A pile of wet toads.

8. Being able to write accurate statements about how you might write something,
someday.

9. Ability to quickly, effectively, and professionally take criticism
personally and assume they are out to get you.

10. Creative shirkin'!

11. Ability to "throw in your 2 cents" when everyone else is throwing in
$5,000.00.

12. Rule 12 isn't applicable to you because you're one of the smart ones,
right?

13. Ability to turn simple ideas into complex nonsense - AND GET PAID FOR THAT!

14. More toads, more shirkin'

15. Incapability to see that within the grandeur that is the universe - nobody
cares about anything you write. So why not write erotica for gay llamas. It
has it's advantages at tax time.

Sigh.
