Hello Tammy,

yes, you can publish to WebHelp from Oxygen XML Author or Editor. A (very
nice) transformation to WebHelp is included in their desktop clients
<https://www.oxygenxml.com/xml_author.html>. You can also automate the
publication process, for example in combination with git, but then you need
Oxygen's XML WebHelp <https://www.oxygenxml.com/xml_webhelp.html>, which is
a separate product.
