But it works! When I was an unemployed bum living in Vancouver ;-P I
couldn't get a job to save my life. I had to office temp and live off the
goodwill of unsuspecting folks. My annual income was well within four
digits. I finally switched into technical writing, slapped on that ol' B.Sc.
on my resume, that scientists and lab companies turn their nose up at, and
eventually got a job that just about quintupled my salary.
