Session description -- Documentation 2.0: How Technology is Changing User Expectations and Reshaping the Technical Communication Industry -- Web 2.0 technologies are rapidly changing user expectations and impacting the way in which communicators provide information to their customers. This session explores how we might use video and other interactive web communication technologies to deliver the right information, to the right people, at the right time, in the right language, in the right format.

Session description: The Value of Show and Tell: How Video Can be a Better Teacher -- If a picture is worth a thousand words how much is a few minutes of video worth? Today's broadband society surrounds us with a world of screens: screens in our living rooms, on our computers, in our cars and in our pockets. With a wide array of media available to us, documentation specialists, trainers, and marketers must choose information forms carefully. In this session you'll learn about the turn to video as the most effective information conveyance form, why videos have become prevalent, and how to use video to your company's best advantage.
