My office is considering making their user documentation available for mobile devices (BlackBerries, PocketPCs, PDAs).

We currently use FrameMaker 7.2 with Acrobat 8.1 and WebWorks Publisher 7.0 Professional to produce PDF and HTML output.

I've tested a current HTML document on a PDA and am unhappy with how it displays. I have not been able to test the PDF view (need software). I'm thinking about using WebWorks to generate another rendition of the document (without tables or graphics)

Does anyone have any experience with making their content availble on mobile devices? What is the best format to use (HTML, PDF)? Is there a better tool?
