Making email work -- Are you kidding me
Again with the old school approach. If you can't sell Information Mapping any longer, let's move to email. The problem with email isn't the writing, it's the fact that we send the same email to thousands of prospects and expect it to address all of the individual needs of each human that receives the message.
What's needed is personalized email -- each email customized on-the-fly as it's created (a la single sourcing and content management and made possible by XML). It's lame and old school to continue following down this path. Information Mapping, die already.
