This conference is about users. It is about the technical needs that are growing as structured documentation makes major inroads. By combining the ideas of both the technical sides of DITA and XML with the publishing needs of technical communicators that are met by Adobe systems, we feel that this conference provides 2 focused technical days followed by 2 focused publishing and communications days. Monday and Tuesday include technical presentations on DITA and XML, technologies that are storming the gates of technical communications.

Must have experience (1-3yrs) with documenting web-based applications. The employee will be responsible for writing customer-facing documentation, both manuals and online help. They will work closely with the development team to produce end user documentation.

Required qualifications include thorough knowledge of, and/or experience with:

● Web applications as well as general software systems
(e.g., back-end processing, data import/export, etc.)
● Interpreting business requirements and utilizing techniques used to articulate

The latest Creative Suites from Adobe - Creative Suite 3 Design for graphic designers, CS3 Web for web developers, and CS3 Production for audio/video producers all provide a high level of tool integration.

Note that these comprehensive suites all include some tools that Adobe acquired with their Macromedia purchase, most importantly Flash, but also Dreamweaver, RoboHelp, the former RoboDemo (now Captivate), and Breeze (now Connect).

I'm having a really hard time finding information on a problem I'm having with RoboHelp HTML. I'm creating or editing HTM files in RoBoHelp. I'm adding text in the Comment section in the Status tab of the Topic Properties. I email the file to the editor who imports it in to her project. The comments I am adding in the Topic Properties do now show when she imports the file.

Can anyone tell me if there is something I can do to fix this?
