Where would you look for it as a user?

Personally, I'd look for it under "c", so that's probably where I'd put
it in the index.

Having said that, I've been wanting to go on an indexing course for ages,
but every one I've booked on has been cancelled for lack of demand, and
now my job is coming to an end, there's nobody to pay for it!

Anyone want to give a job to a tech author who hasn't done an indexing
course?
