If you have some flexibility, AuthorIT is a magnificent single-source tool. Uses
object-oriented approach to creating doco and allows for beautiful creation of
Word, HTML, HTML Help, and WinHelp creation. Once you set the template in Word,
there's little "tweaking" necessary as with the two tools mentioned.
