I always pay for it, sometimes I get it through the
agency and sometimes I get my own.

They don't usualy charge hefty fees. I'm with one now
and I'm getting a great rate..single guy, about $35
per week. The one I was with before I am now started
at $225 per month, but raised to $285 when their costs
were raised. Didn't matter too much since that was the
time that I was leaving them to come to my present
agency.
