I usually use Google or Dogpile.

This one was suggested to me this morning. I haven't had the time to check
it out.

I often use (a meta search) these days, but I'm
not sure it's always time effective. It lists the top 10 hits
from about 8 or 10 other search services. It takes quite a
while to skim through the the results.

What search engines or meta search engines do tech writers favor
these days?
