Sorry, but there isn't? Only these actions are available:

Type Action

Area Select a rectangular portion of the screen
Full Screen Copy the entire screen
Client Area Copy the input area of the active window
Window Copy the entire active window
Object Copy a window feature or group of features

I tried to trick PSP with a capture of a window that was half off of the
screen, but only got the visible half.
