For Frame, it shouldn't be an issue. If you're not seeing an image, the EPS
header is probably missing from the file. As I understand, Frame displays
the header image, not the actual EPS image. (I'm not sure if this causes the
same problem in Word.) Check the export filter to see if there's an option
to include a header image.
