I am picking a grammatical nit and was wondering if anyone had an exact
definition:

What, exactly, does a forward slash (/) mean?

For example, does "and/or" mean "and or or", or "and and or"? Does
"restart/recovery" mean "restart or recovery" or "restart and recovery"?
