Thanks to everyone who responded to my query.

One member said it was impossible but offered to do it for $1,000.

Then a professional responded with the following solution...

> Easiest way (just did it this morning with a 30-page PM file):
> Click on a text box, hit ctrl-e (to edit story). Hit ctrl-a to select > all of the text in that "story." Copy it, paste it into Word
> document.
> You'll get your text, mine was also somewhat formatted and TOC entries > came over as well...
