Acrobat 4.0 includes a built-in annotation capability in the tools along the
left edge of the doocument frame. There's a "sticky note," a "pencil"
(useful for drawing arrows), and a highlighter. I have a Word document that
I put together with instructions for using these tools, if anyone wants it.
