As I have been rapped on the knuckles for not divulging my newly found knowledge:) her ya go!!!!!!!!

What I did was:
In word...

1. On the file menu, select new
2. New dialog box appears
3. In the Create new box, select Template option
4. Click OK
5. A new template document opens up
6. On the format menu, select style
7. Style dialog box appears

As I just wanted to amend a previously existing style I just opened up the
old template?

8. Click the Organiser button
9. Organiser dialog box appear
10. In the Right hand side of this dialog box, click the Close File button
11. An Open dialog box appears
12. Select the template you want to copy the items from
13. This populates the To "STYLE".dot scrolling list
14. Highlightthe style feature you want to copy in the To STYLE.dot scrolling list
15. Click Copy to transfer the style feature to the new template
16. The Scrolling list for the new template on the left of the dialog box
will be updated with the new style feature
17. When you have added all the style features click close file
18. Click Close
19. The new styles are now added to the template
20. Save the template in the same directory as your normal template so you
can access it from the File ? New menu option in word.

If any one has any questions about my new found genius...?? :) (joke)

Eadaoin,
