I usually answer with DocShop, Mike speaking. Unless I'm tired, then I may
not answer at all.

For a _really_ long hello, call someone in the Navy who's at work. Hehheh...
If you get some command with a LONG name, they may be answering with
boilerplate for 45 seconds ;-)

I am THE department here and I am under the R & D manager.
I am doing documents for various groups, not just R & D.
I answer my phone with just "This is Nancy" since I don't really know what
else to say...not being a real dept. and all.
