I just have to add this, sometimes they don't accept responsibility for their
*pets* acts either! We were sued because someone didn't keep their pet poodle
away from the intake on a snowblower/thrower. Sure, it was tragic for the
poodle, and made really ugly pile of snow. But it also made a huge amount of
money for all the lawyer's and for the poor poodle's owner. And of course, we
had to add warnings to all the user's manuals for the snowblower/thrower's. I
can see what's on the horizon . . . Warning! Do not lower the car jack while in
a prone position under the vehicle! Doing so could cause shortness of breath,
severe injuries, and/or death.
