It is often best to use a local printer, especially if the locale has several to choose from. It is also faster in the long run. You should also tour their facility to ensure that they can do the work you want.

Make sure they deliver a proof copy before they produce your manuals. It is up to you to check and make sure that the proof is correct. Saves you money.
