Re: Word hyperlinks
OK, I may be naive, but I thought when creating a document in Word and
assigning hyperlinks that when I converted my document to .pdf those
hyperlinks would work. Well, they don't? Am I off my nut to think this
would work? Is my vision wrong? Or am I doing something wrong?
All mighty Word gurus (I'm a Frame expert, so I'm at a disadvantage)
You are off your nut. Word does not do that. If you want PDF hyperlinks, you will have to write a macro to embed the postscript commands into the file. Which may not work in the final effort anyway. It certainly is NOT sustainable.
Frame IS the tool of choice to do what you are attempting.
MS Word is not designed to integrate its version of hyperlink into a PDF.
