Does anyone have experience with enabling natural language queries in their
help systems? Or have experience with tools that enable it. I create
htmlhelp for my product.

I believe the underlying technology for MS's natural language querying was
licensed/purchased/stolen ;) from:
http://www.inference.com/

but my memory could be fading on that point. Regardless, Inference (recently
e-quired, I now notice) develops technology for implementing nlq vs.
knowledgebases, text files, etc.
