"Conditional Text" is a FrameMaker feature for putting in comments or
other "hide/show" text.

Conditions are applied to text, graphics, and table parts. You get to
choose a color and line to indicate where the conditions start and
stop. You would set up a condition and apply it, then start typing
your text. Or, type the text, select it, then apply a condition.
