Hi,

I've come across a Word cross-reference corruption issue that I've never
seen before. In one document, all the hundreds of cross-references were
lost and turned into error fields. After looking into the problem, I've
found that in many cases quotation marks were inserted within the
cross-references and index fields where they shouldn't have been.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Brian
