I've heard from several of those who are interested in discussing
proposals that they would far prefer to have the discussions here, rather
than be forced to subscribe to yet another list. I think that foretells that
proposal writing will be a topic of techwr-l as long as techwr-l subscribers
want to discuss the subject. It is possible to still have a special list but
as long as there is no great demand, it's not going to happen, of course.
Anyway, I believe we've settled that question, for now at least. - Herm
