I found a demo of Frame+SGML 6.0 included with "The XML Handbook," 3rd
Edition, by Charles F. Goldfarb and Paul Prescod, Prentice Hall 2001. It's a
$50 book that is full of case studies about XML implementations, an
introduction to XML technologies, and a set of tutorials for using XML
technologies such as stylesheets, XPath, schemas, etc.

Many of the case studies are poorly done and repeat information in other
chapters, but the overview and tutorial sections are pretty good, and it
comes with 2 CDs filled with sample software, much of it not even crippled,
and a full installation of Frame.

Without a Frame license, though, you cannot do a Save As, and when you print
you get a heavy dark diagonal text across every page indicating that it's a
trial version.

Cheers,
John Locke
