Not exactly. Active Accessibility turns on the Input|Object capture setting
in SnagIT in Windows NT. Otherwise, the SnagIt Input|Object setting is
disabled.

What I pointed out was that Input|Object can only successfully capture
buttons from a toolbar in **some** software. This has nothing to do with
buttons being inactive or active but is dependent on the software in which
you are capturing buttons. For example, Input|Object will capture individual
buttons from MS Word 97's toolbar. However, Input|Object will only capture
the toolbar, and not the individual buttons, from the PowerBuilder 6.5
programs that I document or from other software, like Adobe FrameMaker 6.
Nevertheless, there is a workaround for this (Input|Fixed Region) and SnagIT
is stable and saves me a tonne of time.
