You may want to look at *The Journal of Computer Documentation - this is the Association
of Computing Machinery SIG-DOC publication. The URL is:
http://www.acm.org/sigdoc/journal.html

Another publication is Technical Communication Quarterly (published by Association of
Teaching Technical Writing), but this is rather theoretical and geared toward teaching as
opposed to practice.
