I'm interested in talking to people who
have experience integrating help into
ASP products (in particular, into products
that have a HTML/JavaScript user interface).

For those not familiar with the term, an
ASP is an Application Service Provider. In
an ASP model, users connect to the ASP
provider's web site, where they have use
of the provider's software (as long as they
have an account with the provider, that is).
The software only resides on the web; it is
never downloaded and installed onto the
client computer.

If you've actually created help for an
ASP product, could you contact me off-line?

Thanks,

Rowena
