Jean Weber has a great site called the Technical Editor's Eyrie -
www.wrevenge.com.au. She posts regular articles and answers to questions and
the site contains a list of resources. She has also written books on the
subject, details available on her site, and has a monthly newsletter to
which you can subscribe.
