Legal issues aside, you quickly run into translation and cultural issues if
you use recognizable names.

MUST you use people's names? Can you substitute business-oriented aliases?
If names are a requirement, I'd suggest androgynous ones like "Lee" or
"Chris". ("Lee Shore" is one of my favorites.) And if you're going to that
extent, be careful of the ethnicity of the names. Lots of that discussion
eons ago, boiling down to "think about what you're doing and how people will
take what you say, and don't be a jerk!"
