I answered "OFTEN" on the poll, and I'm a "captive" full-time employee. I'm
in a "good corporate environment" where we have flexibility for our family
arrangements. Maybe it's because it's a fairly small company, so we're kind
of like a family here?

I wouldn't call it heaven, but it's often a very nice place to work.
