I believe that it is a driver issue. I had the standard ps/2 ms wheel mouse
and it would scroll in everything but Frame. I installed the Logitech mouse
driver and now I can scroll everywhere. You might try loading a logitech
driver that would support your device.

Scrolling is cool.

I have a Kensington Turboring trackball, and I love it
except that I can't get the ring to scroll when I'm
using FrameMaker or Word. Do any of you have
suggestions, or can you recommend a trackball with a
scrolling thingie that will work with all your apps?
