One thing to avoid if you find yourself job hopping is running away. The
typical scenario for me is to find myself employed by people that have a
different view of what I'm doing than I do. So I look around and take the
first thing that comes along only to find myself worse off than I was
before. Take your time deciding to leave. Take your time deciding where to
go. Pick where you are going. And, if you don't have a few to pick from,
keep looking.
