How do the three recruiters feel about it? Do they mind being listed in the
email? It is really up to them to take any offense. You don't "own" the
recruiters. I DO think your "friend" should have been more up front about
what he was going to do with the information, though, when he originally
asked you, so YES to question 1.

Recruiters are in the business to connect workers with employers, not in the
business of connecting you exclusively with employers. And I wouldn't worry
about the other people being your competition. If you are good at what you
do, you sometimes find yourself turning down work, not struggling to find
it.
