Hi Elna,

I think this approach makes sense.  When I need information, I try as much
as possible to work the way the developer likes to work.  Some people like
one big e-mail, some like several smaller ones.  Some prefer that I come to
their office, some don't.  

Being sensitive to other people's work styles is part of developing mutual
respect.  If someone has indicated that they'd rather get e-mail than have
you visit, then send them e-mail.  Don't visit unless there's some reason
that e-mail isn't working, like they aren't answering, or you tried e-mail
and you still don't understand.
