I promise this will be the most trivial question I ever post:

When writing down your e-mail address by hand (I never have my business
cards when I need 'em), how do you write the "@" symbol?

I have deplorable handwriting, and have adopted upper-case printing as my
only form of handwritten communication. I've tried an A with a circle
around it, and also just a squiggly spiral that looks like a "Twilight
Zone" optical illusion, but neither are very intelligible...

Any tips?

<Tech writing tie-in: This is an important skill (well, sort of) for networking, which is an important skill (definitely) for tech writers.>

Thanks!
