Krisyna,
I'm pleased to see that so many folks replying to your question said that
"website" is fine, although I didn't see anyone explain that it is fine
because it's a coined word. I was one of the 10% who used "website" in my
docs. I recently joined a company that has standardized (like the other
90% of companies) on "Web site", which is more of a hassle to write, but,
like your respondents said, consistency is most important, so I'm going
with the flow.
