Maybe I'm too old, but I almost always pronounce the letters of acronyms.
(It's obviously "an FAQ" for me). How does one pronounce FBI? DOD, CIA,
USDA, HHS, etc.? The one exception that comes to mind is MIPR (mipper)
which is military interdepartmental purchase requisition, which probably
deserves it and is cute, unlike "fak" (ack). Jane, in the UK is the Ministry
of Defense the Mod Squad? How do you pronounce MP? For that matter, UK?
(yuk, yuk) Please, nothing but the faks.
