Hello, I found a helpful document for a colleague a couple of months ago
regarding the criteria used by judges in STC competitions. It listed
specific criteria to look for in various categories (training materials,
user manuals, etc.) I have scoured the archives and the STC site to no
avail. Anyone know where I can find this document?

Secondly, the same colleague is interested in a grammar book that has lots
of hands-on instruction, with practice sessions and answers. Anyone know of
such a thing?

TIA,
