Help! Please! We've been playing with Acrobat all day to no avail. We are
oh-so-close, but can't quite get there.

Here's the problem....we are creating a CD that contains a PDF file that has
music attached and is set to auto-advance every 5 seconds. The problem is
that depending on how the user's preferences are set in his/her reader, the
pdf will not auto-advance (that is, if they have their preferences set like
we have ours, it will auto advance, but if they have their preferences set
differently, it stays on the first page and will not auto-advance to the
second page.)

We are at our wit's end. Does anyone know how to override the user's
settings/preferences so that we can get this to auto-advance. (We enabled
security settings, thinking this may have been the problem, but it didn't
solve the problem.)

Any help is greatly appreciated! Please copy to me directly, as this is an
urgent project!
Thanks,
Kelly Williamson
